Richard Friedman (リッチャード・フリードマン Ricchaado Furiidoman), known as Fineman, is an ally based on the same name from the anime series Toji No Miko. He is the one who invented the S-Equipment defense system, which is used by Toji for high Aradama missions. He is also Ellen Kohagura's maternal grandfather.
